CPP advises on sale of 132,487 sq. ft Huddersfield Warehouse for £6.75m

CPP recently acted as joint agents with CBRE to advise Clearbell on the sale of a 132,487 sq. ft multi-level warehouse in Huddersfield for £6.75m.

The building was acquired by DG Asset Enterprises Ltd.

The property comprises a modern, high-bay warehouse which was fully fitted with high bay racking and therefore ready for immediate occupation.
