Ed specialises in the Industrial sector providing Agency and Occupier Advice to a range of clients. He has over 15 years’ experience working across Yorkshire.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in the Office Sector, both in the occupational & investment markets, covering Yorkshire & Midlands, also advising on Mixed Use opportunities.

Sean has over 20 years’ experience working within the Midlands commercial property market, specialising in Agency, Acquisition and Development Consultancy.

Matt has 16 years’ experience in Property & Asset Management and Lease Advisory. He manages buildings & portfolios, across different sectors, for local & national clients.

Robin has over 20 years' experience in investment advising funds, lenders, Prop Co's & private clients on acquisitions & disposals, across all sectors in Yorkshire & the North East.

Max has over 8 years' experience and works across all aspects of the business, with a particular focus on disposals and acquisitions in the industrial and office sectors.

Brodie joined CPP in 2024 and has over 8 years experience in the East Midlands commercial property market specialising in Agency and Acquisition across the industrial & office sectors.

Connor joined CPP in 2023, bringing 5 years’ of experience working on investment deals across all commercial sectors; acting predominantly for Funds, Prop Co’s and Private Individuals

Charlie joined the CPP team in 2018 and assists across all aspects of the business specifically asset and property management.

Jonny joined the London office in 2018 as part of the national investment team. He specialises in the sale & acquisition of industrial, logistics & office investment opportunities.

Chloe joined the CPP team in 2021 and assists across all aspects of the business, with a particular focus on disposals and acquisitions in the industrial and office sectors.

Alfie joined the CPP team in 2021 and assists across all aspects of the business specifically asset and property management.

Nicola has 16 years' experience working in accounts. Nicola is responsible for the company's accounts as well as assisting with other areas of the business.

Tom works in Property Management, he is an integral part of the team and assists in all aspects of finance.

Melanie works in Property Management, operating the Property Helpdesk, ensuring maintenance is dealt with quickly & efficiently.

Steve is a director in the National Industrial and Logistics team.

Nina covers office administration across all areas of the business including property enquiries and event management.
