CPP wins Best Agency Team of the Year for fourth time at the Insider Yorkshire Property Awards

CPP has been named Best Agency Team of the Year at this years Insider Yorkshire property Industry Awards. This will be the fourth time in recent years that the leading property agency have won the award.

Based in the heart of Sheffield City Centre, CPP advised clients such as DHL on their £67.0m sale and leaseback at Manton Wood, together with Tungsten on the letting of 261,000 sq ft at Super G in Wakefield to popular sportswear brand Puma. The team also advised PLP on the acquisition of a 21-acre development site where a £34.0m, 343,000 sq ft speculative logistics unit is now available to rent.
