Construction completes on 77,800 speculative unit in Barnsley

CPP & CBRE are appointed to market latest unit at Enterprise 36 Business Park.

Wilton Developments has announced that the latest speculative warehouse unit at Enterprise 36 Business Park in Barnsley is now complete and ready for immediate occupation.

Enterprise 36 is a prime four-unit scheme strategically located at Junction 36 of the M1 in South Yorkshire, from which approximately a quarter of the UK's population is within a two-hour drive.

The newly completed Unit 2 provides versatile, high specification warehouse space finished to a BREEAM 'Very Good' standard, providing a total floor area of 77,800 sq ft which is immediately available To Let or For Sale.

Plot 1 at the business park is presently being prepared for immediate development on a build to suit basis. This plot can accommodate a single unit of up to 103,500 sq ft and has detailed planning consent for an immediate start.

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council has supported the speculative development of Unit 2.
