A retail display manufacturer in Leicester has completed a sale and leaseback deal on its premises in Scudamore Road.

Antone Displays has sold the headquarters, which has been its home since 1970, to a private investor in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants and CPP.

Antone Displays has sold the headquarters, which has been its home since 1970, to a private investor in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants and CPP.

Stuart Waite of CPP, who acted on behalf of the purchaser, said: “This asset fits nicely into my clients existing portfolio and we are delighted to get this deal over the line in what is still a very competitive market for small industrial investment stock.
