Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, have taken over their completed speculative, industrial building at 31 East, Dinnington, Rotherham, which has been constructed by MCS Construction.

The 78,458 sq ft building with large yards and first floor office accommodation is now ready to lease or purchase with immediate occupation.
