CPP expands London office with Associate appointment

Leading commercial property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) has appointed a new Associate to its London-based team of property experts.

A private firm of advisors, CPP specialises in the disposal, acquisition and management of all types of commercial property.

Jonny Pickup joins CPP as Associate from Strutt & Parker, where he was in the capital markets team specialising in office & industrial property.

His appointment to the capital markets team at CPP further bolsters the growing team, which also has offices in Yorkshire and the Midlands - and comes at a time of expansion following unprecedented success for the group. 

2018 saw several notable successes for the capital markets team having advised a number of high-profile investors including Legal & General, Columbia Threadneedle, Tritax, Surrey CC, NFU Mutual and Investcorp.

CPP’s London office is headed up by Richard Wright, partner and specialist in the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial property on behalf of a variety of private high-net-worth individuals, major blue chip plc corporates, funds, property companies and developers.
