CPP Complete sale of 103,262 sq ft industrial estate

CPP are thrilled to announce the completion of Network Space Investments (NSI) recent acquisition of Grange Mill Lane. This prominent 103,262 sq ft industrial estate comprises four vacant warehouse units ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 sq ft, all featuring nine metre eaves.

Grange Mill Lane is due to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment to reposition the estate as a modern, high-spec industrial hub with the new units available to lease from late summer 2025.
