CPP secures over 800,000 sq ft of lettings across two South Yorkshire sites

CPP has recently secured tenants for over 800,000 sq ft of warehouse space across two sites in Sheffield and Doncaster, indicating that demand in the region remains strong.
In Sheffield CPP acted as joint agents to secure a tenant at Sheffield 336, a Grade A fully fitted and rail connected distribution facility. 336,105 sq ft was successfully leased to Clipper Logistics on behalf of Exeter Property Group.The high quality warehouse was fully racked with 24,000 pallet positions and is situated in a prime location close to Junction 33 of the M1.
In addition, CPP have leased 510,458 sq ft of warehouse space to Carlton Forest Group on behalf of the owner Clearbell Property Partners III LP. Located conveniently close to Doncaster and the M1/A1 motorway networks, Bawtry Park offers a multi-unit warehouse complex within a secure self-contained site.
